The Australian Dream is to live and own in your Dream Home. We at Kongs Constructions are dedicated to help fulfill that dream for everyone. Drawing on our experience in house construction, we will advise and guide you through each step in the process from planning to turn key. You can expect us to give you highest level of attention and expert opinion in choosing land for property, choosing the general house design, detailed internal design, external house design, and finishing works.
Our renovation process
After you have filled out our get in touch contact form, Kevin will call to arrange an on-site consultation with you to discuss your renovation project plans. Then comes the concept stage where he’ll meet with his designer and come back to you with a direction and ask you to provide feedback. Next, he’ll send through the preliminary agreement which includes the construction documentation and a detailed quote, and if you’re happy with how everything looks, he’ll send over the contract to be signed before the kongs team get to work.
