Our renovation process
After you have filled out our get in touch contact form, Kevin will call to arrange an on-site consultation with you to discuss your renovation project plans. Then comes the concept stage where he’ll meet with his designer and come back to you with a direction and ask you to provide feedback. Next, he’ll send through the preliminary agreement which includes the construction documentation and a detailed quote, and if you’re happy with how everything looks, he’ll send over the contract to be signed before the kongs team get to work.
